Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all returns.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or opened packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used bottles/containers
  • Custom-packaged or gift items  

Return Process

  • Email us at nehircare@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
  • Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the pickup or self shipping process.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5 -7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g.,wrong or damaged item).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notiy us within 48 hours of delivery
with unboxing images or videos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
